Linda Kody is the Broker Owner of Kody & Company, Inc. Real Estate Services. Linda holds a broker license in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and is also a approved Real Estate Instructor. Linda has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, is a past president of the Northeast Association of REALTORS® , has sat on committees for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. She was the 2017 REALTOR® of the Year and the 2006 REALTOR® of the Year at the Northeast Association of REALTORS®. One of Linda's passions is teaching. She is the proud recipient of the Educator of the Year for the Mass Association of REALTORS® in 2009 and again in 2013 and for the Northeast Association on 6occasions, most recently in 2017. As an instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® Expanding Housing Opportunities, Professional Standards, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Accredited Buyer Representative and the Safety Class, Linda loves having the opportunity to meet and learn from other real estate professionals around the country. When not teaching REALTORS® or First Time Buyer classes, Linda can be found listing and selling homes throughout the Merrimac Valley and Southern New Hampshire.
